Your Own Work At Home Business -Reason #5

The Difference Between Retiring In Comfort Or Poverty?

Am I over-exaggerating the importance of having your own Work At Home Business?

Perhaps you're the best judge of that, but it may be better to find out now rather than the day you retire...

So just how much do you actually need to retire, and how can our work at home business idea help?

Consider this...

For an annual income of just $28,000 you will need a retirement fund in excess of $350,000.

To counter the effects of just 2% inflation, if you’re not looking to retire for 30 years then you will need a pension fund of closer to $1,000,000 for the equivalent of $28,000 annual income today.

Do the math...

Can you guarantee that in your present job or line of work, you'll have that kind of lump sum at age 65? Choose the TriggerSystem and you'll be able to.

Look...

  • With interest rates (that old savings thing again) at 41 year lows you'll be lucky if your pension fund is making more than 3 or 4% over the long term.
With My TriggerSystem™ you can expect a minimum return of 300% per year - compare that
  • And with the average mutual fund making less than 2% per year over the long term, you'll be very lucky indeed!
With My TriggerSystem™ you can expect a minimum return of 300% per year - compare that

But if 2 or 3 or 4% doesn't sound too bad to you, let's do a quick sum.I love my work at home business

To give you an idea of how long it will take just to double your money...

Let's use The rule of 72 - a useful little 'tool' (Remember this one for the future; tuck it away in your memory):

Divide 72 by your annual rate of interest and that is the time it will take to double your money.

Example:

72 divided by 3 = 24 years to double your money.

If you started with $10,000, growing at an annual rate of 3%...

It will take 24 years to become $20,000!.

Have you got 24 years to wait around!

And if you had the same amount ($10,000) invested at 5% per year...

It would take 14.4 years to become $20,000!

72 divided by 5 = 14.4 years.

And if it makes you feel any better...

Do you remember, the best performing mutual fund (unit trust) in America averaged less than 3% per year over the last 10 years!

But that's another story that we'll look at in Reason #6

And if you think that's an oversimple way of looking at things...

Why not do the math yourself?

On the navigation bar you'll see a link to our own Excel Spreadsheet Work At Home compound and simple interest calculator (it's ok; you don't need Excel to operate it - just fill in the coloured cells to operate)
